With the growing need of being self – dependent, here is a small effort to improve the lifestyle and the skills of the women and the girls to learn something in line with the current trend and lifestyle.
Unlike others, our motive is to make women tech savvy, technically skilled, so as to empower them with efficiencies that can help them to grow in direction where the world is moving.
The world is of WEB today, computer, laptops, technologies are the words to learn and understand and unfortunately even this field is thoroughly men-leaden. I step forward to bring girls out and make them rich in computer/IT knowledge.
Surfing Internet is no skill, using apps (FB/Twitter etc is no knowledge), the purpose to render education is to make them job efficient in the field IT. Thousand of jobs are waiting for the right candidate with right skills, and these could be dynamic women of our country.
We contribute to 49% of total population, still our participation in the economy is as low as stated:

In Urban sector, it was 14.7 for females and 54.6 for males. Among the States/UTs, worker population ratio for females in the rural sector was the highest in Himachal Pradesh at 52.4% and in the urban sector, it was the highest in Sikkim at 27.3%.
Only a total of 20.5% women were employed in the organized sector in 2011 with 18.1% working in the public sector and 24.3% in the private.
The data reflect that still a majority of women is unable to compete with technology driven world and still main employment to women remain agriculture/cultivations and others.
Having certificates are of no use, if knowledge isn’t imparted. We believe in true education, substantial, contented and disciplined.
To empower women in technology is my ardent wish, and so i am making my step forward without any external help/aid. Those who intend to join hands are warmly welcome.
Spread this world to reach more and more women.
Let’s educate them…
